You could easily find an MBA letter of rec format on google. I did this then sent it out to my references and they conformed to it. Why not DePaul as well? Depaul is better than Loyola (then again I am an alum so I am biased). Depaul is very well known and it is in an awesome location in the heart of downtown Chi... then again, I don't think you would want to commute that far, huh?
