So, the bottom line is, do I need that much study time? No. Don't study every day. Also, don't work out every day. Maybe study every other day and work out on the days you don't study? Quick question -- you say that your "lowest gmat prep score was a 630." How many times did you go through GMAT Prep? If it was more than once (as in, you took each of the two tests only once), your score was likely artificially inflated since you probably saw certain problems multiple times.
