There is no hard and fast structure for cover letters. As you mentioned, I think it is important to mention your past accomplishments and key stories of personal and professional development. In some cases bullet points help with organizing these, but sometimes a couple of paragraphs are fine, too....

Any tips on how to tackle the "blank page" essay? I am a reapplicant, so treating it as the last year's presentation I think is the right way to go. I just have trouble coming up with the themes of the presentation, since repeating the same themes as last year I guess would make me look lazy. Thanks
