The only way B could be the answer , is if it proves that no relation exists b/w wage rate and unemployment rate. This question is from gmat sets ( scoretop) not from GMATprep . I took the gmat in december and scored a 94th percentile on verbal , but I never encountered a single question like this ever in my preparation. Hence , was speaking from my own experience .
