@ sashish007 Effective practice needs to cover two points: Quality and quantity I would suggest pick a standard guide from a reputable GMAT Prep company and see if the strategy suits you. I had been through at least three study guides before a strategy suited me. For example in CR questions some gui...

I think E is correct as the OA here.

Epitomizes means symbolises so epitomize the symbol is unnecessarily wordy similar to a decreased redution or higher increase etc.

What is the OE for rejecting D?

@ mymisc Thanks! Yeah the decision to when to take the GMAT Prep Tests is one that had me stumped for a while. I suggest take the GMAT Prep Test on the weekend before D-day. In that case if you feel that you are off your score you can retake the tests. The GMAT Prep have questions from a pool and no...

@ selfmade Yes you are right. OG problems give you the standard you match up against on test day. The problems here on the forum are usually the ones most get wrong when preparing and hence more often than not help you hone your skills. For starters, I just used to focus on expert answered questions...

@ selfmade First find out whether it is because of timing issues or concept issues. If it is time that is causing a problem, see whether you can solve the problems any quicker or maybe eliminate any redundant double-checking. The reason I say this is one or two odd wrong answers will still fetch you...

@skins81 For quant and verbal both I reckon start with the Diagnostic Test on the OG. This gives you an idea of where you stand on both. With quant as I mentioned in my debrief, I came from a rigorous math background so did not have to work much. Sorry I can't help you much there. With verbal, Manha...

@ outreach Thanks! @selfmade Well from lurking on this forum I knew that the GMAT Prep Tests were closest in accuracy to what I would eventually achieve. My test date was on the Friday and I gave the last test (GMAT Prep 2) on the Sunday. After that I just focussed on individual questions on this fo...

Thanks mate. Quant was interesting. There were some questions there that needed well over 2 mins to crack (At least 3-4). In that they were lengthy. I still remember the questions but in accordance with GMAT policy I will not disclose them. But these were questions where you had to plug values of ev...

Must say took me a lot longer to figure this one due to the language. IMO B. If B is negated, it says Evidence that is not sufficient to conclusively prove a negative outcome can never become evidence that proves the outcome cannot occur. This gives the possibility that the outcome could occur which...

IMO B. This is an assumption question. If you negate B it says Sanity is not a necessary and material element for the commission of a crime. If this were the case than insanity would not relieve the offender of criminal responsibility. The argument would fall apart. Please post the OA and if availab...
