Ron, Need your help to clarify. O in the diagram seem to be at the origin (0,0) of the coordinate system. But I thought the rule on the GMAT was never to trust the diagram unless facts are clearly stated, and so nothing on the diagram or the question stem showed that O was actually at the origin (0,...

Ok, I just did the free trial of e-gmat. Explanations seem clear, but it wasn't that difficult to complete, but I'm willing to give it a shot if this will improve my score. I have been getting scores ranging from 60% to 75% and I want to be consistently hitting at least 90%. SC is a tough topic to c...

I would like this forum re-opened with experts advice. I ended up with A and D, and eventually succumbed to choosing A for the reason that had been should have been used because we are talking about an event before "the 1972 agreement reduced the amount..." Please shed some light. Thanks.

my confusion was not maybe vs probably. I am confused by the use of more vs most, it seems that by using MOST would change the meaning of the question, since the question used more. I obviously had a bad feeling of choosing D, and had an inclination to choose B since it did sound more logical, BUT B...

I agree, I found this very tricky. I found E a bit deceiving as this doesn't prove that the bone fragments were used to create fires by early hominids. The stimulus just states that bone fragments were used as TOOLS. Please elaborate BTG friends.

Some economists view the Kennedy - Johnson tax cut of 1964

Some economists view the Kennedy - Johnson tax cut of 1964, which radically reduced corporate and individual taxes, as the impetus for the substantial prosperity enjoyed by the United States in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Which of the following, if true, would most weaken the claim that the tax ...

Stacey --> I picked E because it did not have a past participle, which is not needed since no two past events are involved in this sentence. And B seems awkward.

Please explain.

Thanks
