Hi Mr. T:

Insead offers a January intake. The deadlines and rounds are: Round 1 (10 March 10), R2 (9 June 10), R3 (28 July 10).
The average GMAT is 700 and a 640 might be a bit too low. If you don't know the school, you should check it out, it is a fantastic European option: www.insead.edu
