IMO the answer is D.
All other options either have a subject-verb agreement or they have a pronoun with a wrong antecedent

1: 10ths digit of 10d is 7. 10d = xxx.7xx => d = xx.x7xx Thus hundredths digit of d is 7 is greater than 5. Sufficient. 2: thousandths digit of d/10 is 7 d/10 = xxx.xx7xx => d = xxx.x7xx Thus hundredths digit of d is 7 is greater than 5. Sufficient. IMO D Hi Shovan, Pls clarify this concept to me.....

Q. A manufacturer produced x percent more video cameras in 1994 than in 1993 and y percent more video cameras in 1995 than in 1994. If the manufacturer produced 1,000 video cameras in 1993, how many video cameras did the manufacturer produce in 1995 ?
(1) xy = 20
(2) x + y + xy/100 = 9.2
