Sure - although I"m gonna be hungry too! I'm working starting at 1pm. Not a problem! I just picked Second Cup as a good place for me to chill and wait while people collect. From there on, we could move to a more "foodie" type of area. Sooo.. Is it just Stuart and me for tomorrow then...

WOW. I had no idea until now that both techniques could be applied to the same problem so long as they were consistently used to achieve 1) the desired results and 2) the total possible results. Ian, you just clarified something REALLY HUGE for me. Thank you so very much! I'll be in London i...

I will be there on Thursday! Just name the place and time.
I will initiate - how about noon with a meet-up point at the Second Cup, next to Kaplan's offices. Ah?

@Gabriel: HAHA! But you know... I oughta admit I was crazy long before I even started this arduous GMAT journey. 8)

You could...

a) Do as I do and just go over all your weak areas again. It's not about doing as many problems as possible. The best strategy is to effectively review your weaknesses.

b) Or, write your own problems.

Re: Consecutive integer problem

This is from the MGMAT strategy book: List six factors of the product of 5 consecutive even integers The answer is: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 **The explanation says that each consecutive even integer has a factor of 2, So any combination of (2*2*2*2*2) would be a factor, as well as 1. But here's my issue:...

Re: Can someone explain this?

f(x)=(x-1)^2, what is the value of f(x-1)? Thanks... The trick with function "f(x)" questions is to insert whatever is in between the bracket into the variable in the equation. So if question asked, what is f(2), you would insert 2 into the "x" spots in the equation above. (2 - ...
