1). If I have a Square that has a Diagonal that is 10"; Can I say the Area is = 1/2 (Diagonal ^2) = 50 and therefore each side is approximately 7" as Area of a Square is S^2? If you said Yes to the first question, I also know Diagonal to Square Side is D : S^2, that doesn't seem to add up....
