Ok seriously, your test is around the corner, don't try any of these pills or new routine things - i know it would wreck my focus for sure! I can completely understand your problem, not getting enough sleep can be a big issue especially if you need to focus on details in a gruelling test. I have bee...

Some useful tips I picked up from this wonderful forum! While timing, don't try to time each question unless it seems to take too long. I follow this pattern while taking a full CAT:- Qs - Time Left 1 - 75 mins 10 - 55 mins 20 - 35 mins 30 - 15 mins Another thing, I don't mind if my first 10 qs exte...

Absolutely recommend it! It's really good stuff and you can try buying it from MGMAT website (though I'm not sure if you can buy just one or the whole set). I couldn't find it in the local market so borrowed my cousin's set - unfortunately it refers back to OG11 and I have used OG12... so maybe one ...

Hey! Well I can tell you what I'm doing... I'm trying to understand everything that MGMAT SC has - and I try to think up of examples just to make sure I've internalized the theory. Are you clear on the Subject, Object and Verb of each sentence? It helped me to take a step back and identify these thi...

I tried looking for the board but couldnt find any nearby and don't think i have the time now to figure it out (i travel a bit for work) - so was wondering, is it a disadvantage to not have practised on the scratch paper?
Is there something similar that I can substitute at home?

Hi Subhasis, I'm no expert but I can share my own prep experience. My GMAT Prep scores went up from 640 to 720 in less than 3 weeks (the 640 was my diagnostic before starting prep). I haven't taken any MGMAT tests yet but I can see from your score that you need to focus a bit on Verbal. That was the...

Hey Sreak, Looks like I'm in a similar boat - except I have a little more time to take my GMAT. In my case though I started prep about 3 weeks back and have been stuck at 640 like a fixed price tag..! So I have started doing a few things, which I hope you'll find helpful too... 1. Focus on OG questi...

Jason you're a star! thank you! it really does help to get your point of view on my study plan. I am going through all the questions in OG12 and Kaplan Premiere and then redoing the ones I got wrong the first time. I look through explanations too and try to understand the logic- and mostly, it's rea...
