Conclusion either way

While going through some posts, somewhere it was mentioned that conclusion must be arguable either way.

Can someone give an example and explain, how does this works.

AND - always indicates parallel action. So you can never have Past participle and might. Might indicates a possibility in the past and past participle indicates a completed action.
