when should you apply for financial aid?
Hi,
in order to apply for financial aid, does one need to wait until you get accepted to the program? or, should one submit along with the application for the program? Thanks.

From the question stem, I understand x>35. So, if x>18, choices like 19 and 20 doesn't even fall under x>35, but x values that are greater than 36 do fall under the condition x>35. I think I'm misunderstanding some basic concept here. Please clarify. Thanks.
