well birmingham young uni is ranked over georgetown in fin times !!??so r all uni genuine?may be the correct way to look at rankings by takin top 15 and top 10 or top few in a group as near ezch other

well public school may be low on rankings bcoz they have less flexible budget for advertising through ranking websites and publications!!!!!!
