here is the way of how I solved it
Right, Left - legs
you have 10 Rs and 10 Ls
Prob of choosing R out of 20, then matching pair L from rest : 10/20 * 1/19 = 1/38.
similarly you can choose L first then R, hence 1/38 * 2 = 1/19.
