D is out coz of use of 'they', what does it refer to companies or workers?
On similar lines one can rule out A.

Also, 'annually' is redundant, as Q already mentions 'each year' which should take one straight to E.

Though I got the answer right as E, by elimination, as rest of the options seems irrelevant. But I am still not able to find a logical reason for justifying E. Why would reported crimes in Abstania increase dramatically, if more Abstanians migrated to Monrovia than the number of Monrovians who migra...

'which' modifies the nearest noun, or to say it better the one that touches it. So, no ambiguity in the sentence that you have given.

The whole Q stem talks abt FDA. Where is it lost in B? That rules it out.

IMO D. As argument says that though researches do the testing for the agents, but its FDA who finally passes it to marketplace. If they work closely with researchers, the quality of the agents can be maintained.

A looks more correct.
Lot of reasons ppl have already posted. I'll add one more.

The passage talks abt the comparison between men and women.
B talks only of one aspect and doesn't take care of comparison anywhere.

OA is B

But I have a doubt.

What do u consider gold in prebanking, supply or demand.

If supply, then C is correct, as reduction in supply cause inflation.
If demand, then B is correct.

Thus the confusion.

Can anyone explain it more logically.

The reason y E is wrong is :
it says "present and discussed as often as the weather was"

Break the sentence and you'll get:
"baseball was discussed as often as the weather was"
which is correct.
"baseball was present as often as the weather was"
which is incorrect.
