For 33^43,
Cyclicity of powers of units digit of 33 i.e. 3 is 4, i.e. 3, 9, 7, 1. So, 43=4*10+3.
Third power of 3 will end in 7.
For 43^33.
33=4*8+1.
First power of 3 ends in 3.
Thus, units digit of the sum of 7 and 3 will be 0.

3150=5*5*3*3*7*2.
So, to make it a perfect square, the least no to be multiplied will be 7*2=14.
