I completely agree with crejoc and Zuleron. I have no idea why DanaJ should be responding in such strong words about someone's assessment of the test. Everyone in the forum has a right of opinion and the way they would want to approach the test. calling it tricks and shady words as those, should not...

Dear Maihuna,

I am glad atleast you know Infosys exists! Unlike a previous poster... who claims absolute innocense!
Good bad or ugly... service or products, I am not contending that! It may or may not be!

And like I said.. I am no way remotely related to infosys or IT industry!

Take care!

I do not know whether I am reading the question right or not.

The Question says Product of all numbers from 1 to N is a mutliple of 990.

However if you take 11 as the answer

1*2*3*4*5*6*&*8*10*11= 39916800..... which is not a multiple of 990, rather the other way is right.

What Am i missing???

This is what i think-

Selling price= Purchase price+40% markup

Thus
x= 150+2X/5

thus x= 250

The total profit is x-150 = 250-150

100

Just remember this simple rule,

When u compare 2 things use more.

When u compare many things together,use superlative,most

In this case the airconditioner is being compared to another one on the sale, comparing 2 things, therefore Answer is C

Hope that helps :-)

Hey Dubestuts, From The question Stem we have X+Y= 24000. So let X be x, Y be (24000-x) Y earns 7% interest. St1) does not give us any information St2)Gives info about X, but nothing abt principle amt for Y Now Put this into simple interest formula Using St 1 &St 2 SI= (P*R*T)/100 (x*7*1)/100= (...
