Which vs Ing (which modifies immediate preceding noun- while Ing modifies the whole clause or the core essence of it)
So including, since we want to describe what the remedies are.
So D, E; E fails parallelism test, as we need ing+the in underlined and non-underlined portions. Hence D.

Having and Being are mostly wrong; so A,B,C are wrong. Also Because of +Noun + Ing is mostly wrong.
