SC experts: Best GMAT relevant grammar book?

Hi experts. In addition the Manhattan guide, there are lots of grammar books available. Do you find that there is one that is particularly relevant for GMAT SC (Websters, Grammar 101, etc.)? Thank you.

Since the GMAT now allows you to choose to start with either quant or verbal, what's the most strategic order?
