Look at schools like IMD, Switzerland. With intake of candidates only with at least decade + work ex, average age is over 34. This is a fabulous school, with a long-drawn & difficult admissions process. Can you elaborate on your work experience? I'll let you know whether you'd be eligible at IMD...

GMAT score is disaster. As an international applicant, you should aim only for top 10 schools. Else, your chances of landing a job is in serious jeopardy.
First step: Aim for a 720 + score in GMAT.
