Another try of using a verb right after "as much as"
I like carrots as much as does my friend Carl. ---> inversion when comparing subjects of the verb

Is it kind of an analogy with answer C above?

Btw, I like carrots more than I do potatoes :wink:

But Barron GMAT goes for correlate with. So I guess it should be right????
