To verb doubt
Hi I would request someone to please clear this query of mine.. While preparing for SC I read that 'to + verb' cannot be counted as verb. However while studying subjunctive verbs I came to words( advice,allow) that requires 'to verb'.why are here we counting 'to verb' as verb Looking forward to help
