Find the equation of PQ y = mx+c c = 30 m = -3/5 (rise/run, and since its a downward sloping line slope is negative) y = -(3/5)x + 30 For both the coordinates to be integers, x has to be a multiple of 5. Just as an example lets say x=190

190 - 100 = Total increase
90 = total increase


Average annual increase = 90/18 = 5
