reads good to me .Should score good on GMAT. The only thing is that you must say why it is flawed. It the third para you have said what the author could have done. Remember you are analysing ,not suggesting.

Help with this please
The EU announced that cod and macakarel are the only fish that exceeds/exceed
i am confused with exceed/exceeds ...
after who/that it is generally the verb of the subject before that.
Here it is fish...so i thought exceed will be correct.
