It's simple buddy ... what is being compared ... quake A will devastate an area 100 times greater than quake B .. here the area is compared to a quake B .. which doesn't make sense ..

The answer is C ... the passage clearly states that recognition algorithms factor not only the unique features of finger prints but also the pressure and other parameters... hence a computer hacker can't just simulate the finger print and hack in ..

Why not C ?? Even if one is cautious there's nothing stopping the ball from hitting the helmet. The conclusion is helmets are critical in preventing head injuries , but what if the helmets themselves are not good enough?
