That is very heartening to see. In fact, I have been following the news reports of this year's placement season in the newspapers and they are all talking about hikes and salary rise. This is quite motivating!

Do you really think that classroom learning is really going to help? I mean you obviously learn more on the field than in a classroom. Practically speaking why would you want to spend so much money and time on something that you already know? I feel learning is never waste of time. I agree with you...
