Hi finas 83,

As noted earlier, there are a number of resources out there for GMAT students. My advice is to shop around a bit, and, when it comes to online courses, take advantage of the free trials offered.

Best of luck,
Jessica

Thank you all for your time and answers. Rich: What happen usually when I take a cat is that I don't have enough time to finish de Quant part and rush for the last questions, and I finish the verbal part early. I have realized that I am having good reflexes more often now in Quant and I don't alway...

I have taken the GMAT thrice so far. (580,530,640). I come from a completely non quant background and am not a native english speaker. My Q score has been averaging around 44 and verbal around 34. Initially I took the MGMAT course and used their strategy guides to understand the basic concepts that...

Hi Abhijit K I agree with Rich. A 5 or 6 IR score should be fine, as many schools have yet to put much weigh into IR scores as part of their evaluation. I wouldn't advise on buying more books on IR. Few things to note: 1. The IR section is only a half hour long and, as you know, is not part of the 2...

The day before your test, you may want to create your test bubble. The test bubble is your environment where there is peace, quiet and little to no distraction. Stay in this test bubble until you've taken the exam. You can give friends and family a heads-up that any distractions, conflicts or proble...

Hi Vivek, Definitely the OG and the GMATPrep's are key, but it's also going to be SUPER important to identify your strengths and weaknesses as you go. I HIGHLY recommend you take one practice test each week and do a detailed error log for it, focusing on exactly WHY you're getting certain questions...

I've been studying for about 6 weeks using Kaplan and it seems to be working. When I'm practicing and reviewing sample questions I can answer both verbal and quant with about 80-90 percent accuracy, but when I take the practice tests online I start freaking out about the time and rushing through qu...

Hi schmoowalker,

Here is a blog post on reading to find the assumption in CR questions: http://econgm.at/DJptvc.

Keep practicing these type of questions, as identifying the assumption in CR questions will only be easier the more you do it.

Best of luck.
