I came across two ways in which you can convert percentages.
1) You can directly use the unitary method to calculate the GPA.
2) The GPA is calculated in comparison to the highest marks scored in your batch.
I think second one is incase you didn't have a percentile system in college.

HI,
I was in a similar situation but the each university asks a particular set of questions.
My recommender conveyed me that certain colleges did not have an option to submit the recommendation in a letter.
Therefore I had to request him to customize the recommendations.
Good Luck!!

Hi,
One tip that I can suggest is going through the Prep Exams and understanding the incorrectly answered questions.
Try to recognize if there is a pattern in the incorrectly answered question.
It might help in avoiding some pitfalls and increasing your score by 10-20 marks.
Good Luck!!

The term "good universities" is very relative.
It depends on your areas on interest, post graduation goals and a number of factors.

As you know the exam is adaptive.
So the score does not only depends on the number of question you get right but also when you get them right.
If I am not wrong MGMAT also provides an overview of the marks as to how they vary with each question.
