I used to suffer with the same problem - headaches, fatigue etc. I did a few things which helped me get through the exam with minimal difficulty. I had 2 mugs of Horlicks each day - once after breakfast, once after dinner/before bedtime. I had at least 2 fruits everyday. I prefer studying in the nig...

It's very brave of you to post this debrief. I haven't taken the test yet but I can identify myself doing a few of the same things that you did (I will try not to do them on the G-Day). I took my first practise test (score 510) 3 days ago and I feel completely shattered. This is after studying for 1...

Thank you very much both. Brent - I haven't made up my mind yet whether I will definitely skip RC passages. I will try to do what Rich suggested (focus on the first 20 questions and then skip RC or CR in the 2nd half). And yes, I will practice this strategy on one or two tests. Thanks again, much ap...

Time Management - Verbal
I have a week to go for the exam and my verbal time has not gotten any better. I take the maximum amount of time in RC, then CR and then SC. I'm planning to skip one or 2 RC passages in the main exam. Is it better to skip a long passage with 5-6 questions or 2 small ones with 3 questions? My concern...

The percentages have come under the wrong column. Basically, there are 3 columns ' Alloy X (% of Alloy Z)', 'Copper (% of Alloy Z)' and 'Percent' and the percentages are under the 'Percent' column. We need to choose the correct percentage from the given options.

Thank you. My GMAT exam had to be preponed unfortunately and I am now left with 20 days less than my initial study plan. I am not intending to practice any questions above the 700+ difficulty level from the OG as I am now aiming a score of 650-700. I am often getting stuck with questions in the OG a...

Level of Difficulty Grading in the OG
Hello,
Can anyone advise how can I find out the level of difficulty (i.e. 500-600 or 600-700 etc) of each question in OG, so that I know which difficulty banding I am struggling with?
Regards
Adi

Manhattan Strategy Guide Books - are they really that good?
Hello, I am getting some mixed reviews about the MGMAT Strategy books. Some say that you should only buy one of them and then get access to the 6 practice tests. The books themselves are not good, only the tests are worthwhile. Others say, its too easy, won't really help you to score above 700. I ha...

Probability & Combinatorics
Hello,
I'm not good with probablity and combinatorics at all and I'm wondering whether it would be a good idea to skip it for the test. I haven't seen many questions from these 2 topics in the OG books.
Any thoughts.
Best regards
