Argument says women have won 60 %, to weaken this , we need to show that women should have won more than 60 % but due to biased judges women didn't get their share of justice....Only E does that job.

Definitely C is the answer bcoz if old and retired ppl settled there, there will be few young deaths due ot any reason and that will harldy effect average death age bcoz most of the ppl are old, retired chap.
