In how many ways can the letters of the word PERMUTATIONS be arranged if there are always 4 letters between P and S?

The answer is 25401600.

We have already used verb is (marked in green above) & second verb after there should be are only Because subject for this verb is: abundance of board readiness events
Agree with aspirant2011, the verb should be are here.

IMO A; Argument says VC and Late night vendors are correlated.
