I am going with D as well, because it tells us that the scent from one trap does the same job multiple traps would....so if you are looking to get more beetles out one trap will do the same job several do. The only difference with multiple traps is that they will catch more beetles.....a single trap...

and for the first question I dont like answer B because nothing is said about the dstribution of caterers in the paragraph. Can you explain why you think it is relevant to the argument?

Using the backsolving method, I am getting B for an answer.
Am I doing something wrong?
I plugged in 8 for the radius of the medallion and 3 for the distance of the frame...and B is the only answer that matches if you subtract...
