The equation of a line :
y=mx+b
Rearrange your the equation from the question and hence:
y= (-a/b)x +(-c/b)
(1) a=4
m=32 = (-a/b)
b=(-1/8)
(2) c=-6
No other info is given and hence you can't solve the problem with (2) alone
Therefore A is the answer
