Thanks a bunch. The Boston College deadline to send out letters is February 15th. I'll update once I hear from them. I think that I will receive some scholarship funds from them as well. However, as I already said, it does not matter much, at this point. I plan to move to Chapel Hill on May 9th or ...

Re: Please Help. what should i do?
Well you said you don't like going part time, so you may want to consider full time. I agree that you learn more as a full time student and it gives you more time and opportunities to network with potential employers. As to where you should apply to, normally if your goal is to work in public accoun...

Simple answer is that I don't want to do a partime program... I want to be done in 2 years (vs 4). I would love to go to NYU fulltime, but I didnt feel my profile was good enough. Would you agree? Agreed with your 2 vs 4 years preference. I think it'd be a challenge to get into NYU full-time with a...

Asking about acceptance rate
Hi,
Would Admissions Teams frown upon an applicant who asks about acceptance rate? Or other stats such as GMAT or GPA, if they are not published?
Thanks!

Dear 334MBA, The "Degree Awarded" blank is usually not a required field, so you should leave it blank for schools where you did not receive a degree. If you attended an institution for courses that counted towards your degree, then you will want to list these schools. If you took courses ...

Question about reporting alternative transcript on Apps
Hello fellow applicants and admission gurus, Have you run into the issue of reporting non-degree grades in the Online Applications? Generally, the application asks that you put in a "Degree Awarded" for each University you attended, and most of the time "Non-Degree" isn't among t...

670 (47Q 35V) - Just wanted to share
Hopefully my AWA score isn't lower than 4.5. I actually took the test 3 times before, but each was at least a year apart (630, 580, 650). Yesterday I got 670 - 85%. I'm not exhilarated but I'm pleased. I guess I can't complain because my target was 680 (although I didn't realize 680 isn't even 90% n...

Suggestions needed on Quant
Hello, I took the GMAT last year and got a raw score of 43 on the Quant part. I had been scoring around 40-42 in practice exams. That time I went through the entire OG 11. I'm going to retake in early July and hope to improve. I started on the Math Bible, but found that the materials may not prepare...
