OA is C I couldnt quite understand what is wrong with option (A) or for that matter with option (B)? If someone doesn't receive the special program information, it may be because he lacks a specially-equipped radio or because he lives somewhere not within the range of stations broadcasting this info...

IMO ..E. Since even if the employees at Renco do not stay with the company longer but on an average are not younger than the employees at Garnet.then they are more susceptible to strokes(because of their age) and this will likely provide the incentive to Salcor to insure them....
