Benefit to appplying earlier in a round?
Other than perhaps not getting caught in the mass of applications submitted right before a round deadline, is there any tangible benefit to applying earlier within a round?

Required Questions vs. Non-Required Questions on Application
I am in the process of completing the application forms and noticed that only certain questions are "required" to be answered. Should the general rule of thumb be to answer everything? Is it detrimental to leave some unanswered? Don't have anything to hide, just curious more than anything....

(1) number must be a multiple of 36 to be an integer ie 72, 108 etc. and all multiples are also divisible by 3. SUFFICIENT
(2) there are many numbers which can divide into 144 to create an integer ie 2, 4, 6. some of these number are divisible by 3, but other are not. INSUFFICIENT.
