Your forgetting that they can tie.

Rock vs. Rock (draw)
Rock vs. Paper (Lose)
Rock vs. Scissors (win)

Paper vs. Rock (Win)
Paper vs. Paper (Tie)
Paper vs. Scissors (Lose)

Scissors vs. Rock (Lose)
Scissors vs. Paper (Win)
Scissors vs. Scissors (Tie)

3/9 chance of winning = 1/3

If you are going to apply to a part-time program, don't plan on getting a scholarship from Tepper or Pitt. I applied to both this year, and one my questions to both schools was are scholarships available to part-time students. The answer was no. Also, Tepper is about double the cost of Pitt just so ...

Yes, send your scores to the schools when you take the GMAT! If you don't, you will have to pay $28 per school later.

I took the GMAT in 2010 and sent my scores then. The schools still had the score when I applied this year, so don't worry about that.

Ultimately, I decided that a part-time program in Pittsburgh was in my best interest. I applied to two programs: Tepper and Katz (University of P...

Will taking the GMAT three times be looked upon as a negative point by the admission council? First attempt : 680 / 5.0 Second attempt (after 6 months ) : 690 /5.5 ( I was not feeling well so I could not give my best. I knew I could do better) Third attempt ( after one month with no further prep ) ...

I don't know that you can make a wrong decision with going to either Booth or Kellogg. These two schools are 1 and 1A when it comes to part-time programs. Personally, I think you should just go to the school you feel most comfortable with.
