IMO Stern cannot ever be compared to Insead... Insead is a much better school. That's an unjustified statement and very subjective. If you want to work on wall street Stem is better. Congratulations! When did you apply and when did you receive the invite? Also once you've received the invite how many days do you have to complete the interview? I'm a round 1 applicant who applied right at the deadline.

I think having a quote from someone you know personally might be better. It'll weave into your essays better. But if the famous quote echoes the theme of your essay, then make sure it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb (first line of the essay)
