Math Question
What is the value of k - m ?
1. (k-m)^3=8
2. (k-m)^5=32
Now, the official answer to this question is D (each statement is true by itself). My initial thought was two equations and two variables means substitution, C. Experts can you please advise....

Basics Please
What GMAT score should one be attaining before moving on from the basics to the more advanced material? From what I have read the test is heavily focused on the basics so without those building blocks one won't make much more progress. Experts, please correct me if I am wrong.

Question 1: If Eileen drives at an average speed of 50 miles per hour for 3 hours and an average speed of 60 miles per hour for the next 2 hours, what is her average speed for the entire trip? MGMAT vs. Total Math (Suggestions Needed!)
I will be starting my math prep soon, should I be starting either with the MGMAT guides or starting with Jeff Sackman's Total GMAT Math? I would like to start with the basics and then build on those fundamentals. Any feedback from those who have used these materials would be great!

Sentence Correction--Tenses Strategy
I was wondering if anyone had a strategy for learning tenses quickly and easily. I feel that it can be very difficult to memorize. Any suggestions?

Quick Question guys, I went through the SC grail 3rd edition already. I looked through the concepts and did the practice problems at the end of each section. It seems like gmat prepster has a few books. Do you happen to have the name and ISBN number? Anyone else have any other recommended books which helped them score a 700+ on their exam? What about study strategy for data sufficiency? Any information is always helpful and greatly appciated.
