No I'm gonna apply to European schools, so till the end of April I bet it is best to apply. I'm not considering US right now, if I did I'd prepare more.
Is it 30 days that has to pass in order to re-take the exam??

well I dont think that I'm gonna retake it since it's gonna be too late once I retake it for applications, I think my score is OK considering my 47 in Q, if it was near 49-50 I would be around 700 I guess.

I think it is pretty close to reality..I score over 700 in those..I'll see my real score on wednesday once I took the test 
690 is pretty good..and you scored good on verbal so you got plenty to improve in quantitative..and it is much easier I think.

edit: I change my mind after reviewing all explanations, some 700-800 Qs in CR does not even make sense, it just thinks about possibilities to eliminate the answer choices and does not do that when it's telling about the correct answer. Are you taking GMAT to apply to MBA or Graduate studies? If that's for MBA, I guess you have to aim for 700+ for Top French schools and also for Imperial. I'll apply to finance program of Tanaka, and aim for 700+. But for sure I do not know your working experience in details, if it is top notch then...

In this case I think no, since their is just used after businesses, there is no better way to refer their back to businesses imo.
however doesn't the word THEIR in C cause ambiguity? Cant it refer to considerations ,universities or programs?

I think probably your main problem with setting up the chart was to put domestically owned and long distance carriers to the same category..yes from the problem it may not seem reasonable..but that's the only way to solve this problem, unless you are given an option like that information is not enou...
