My question is, what do b-schools expect from a question like this? i have no community service so I plan to include a personal strength and 2 work related experiences. Is that good? Or do they...

Have a question. On reading some other posts, it seems scholarship awards attach high weightage to GMAT scores. Is it true? In that sense, is the score low for a scholarship?

Is my verbal score low?
I took my GMAT today, and unofficial scores say - V 38 (83 percentile), QA 51 (99 %ile), 740 overall (97 %ile). Is my verbal score too low for a top 10 school? I just want to make sure that a top 10 school does not dump me saying my verbal score is low.

Some Questions on AWA
I am on my last leg of the GMAT prep, and have just started my AWA prep. I would appreciate if someone can clear my doubts. 1. How important are spellings and typos on the GMAT. Do I need to keep a watch on them everytime I type? 2. I have been brought up on British English, and by habit, I tend to ...

thanks stacey. but the problem with tracking anything on the internet is that it is really really hard to prove anything. it may finally boil down to several lawsuits between candidates and GMAC - in an year in which you are applying to B-schools, you really do not want to bother about anything. It ...

AWA - timing
I have a question. On many AWA assignments, I just about end up with the last sentence in the last minute, and while I am writing, the meesage appears that "time up!". My question is , since I never pressed 'next', is y essay stored, or will I be graded as 'no answer'?
