(x/10)(x/10) = 1/15, but you get x as sqrt(6.66667) and i'm pretty sure you can't pick part of a bulb
(x/10)[(x-1)/9] = 1/15
Then, just do your algebraic magic and X = 3 deffective bulbs.

What you have to remember is that 1/2^-2 = 2^2

In order to clearly understand the answer to this problem, remember that EVERY student will study at least one language. Therefore, S- & F- has a 0 (zero) value in the matrix.
