I think E is the answer. IMO 'which...' though not accurately but modifies 'the Quetzalcoatlus' in the best possible way that other four options.
Using A makes the sentence sound incomplete.

I think E is the correct answer. Market is the Subject here and is singular...so on these basis we can rule out A, B and D.
in C, 'such as aluminium and other metals' is modifying market incorrectly

I think D is the correct answer.
A and B are eliminated because on the gound of is idiomatically incorrect. C is not consistent in the tesnse use.
E changes the meaning of the sentence so should be eliminated.

IMO the answer is C.
I think directive that is incorrect....so A,B,D are out. E is wordy and construction is also faulty.
