I tried re-reading it a lot of times but really couldnt prove my self.

EP 2- Cross-sections of Stalactites Expert help needed ASAP
How can we remove C and E as an option ?
C-- another cause that might cause a fall
E-Gives another analogy that might weaken the original analogy
I chose D since it is directly in sync with Conclusion-
But still cant really figure out why C and E are out!
Pls help.
