I would go with E here because the the second bold face sentence is the conclusion itself and not somwthing which gives support to the conclusion.. this eliminates options A C and D The first bold face gives the position that the author opposes rather than supporting the author's argument.. please g...

you should have given answer options which would help in directing towards the possible answer..
i would say the author is refuting the assumption with an example so thats the conclusion anything which is close to this will be appealing

i think this problem can be more easily solved by starting from the answer choices
just picking the numbers and then testing the formulae in the answer choices to get the appropriate one

test center help...
i have two test centers to select. 1. the date and time which is not very much inclined with my ideal timings as the centre is completely full 2. date and time as i want them to be, but the center has dates available through out the coming month. this is making me think because why has everyone left...
