Hi , I have GMAT score of 770, 6 years of work experience in IT industry (Microsoft, Motorola), average academic performance, Indian male with some extra-curricular. I had applied to the Harvard, Stanford, Sloan, LBS in 2008 and was rejected by all :-( In 2009 Jan, lost my job and so 2009 Feb onward...

Every is half-way between each and all. It sees things or people as singular, but in a group or in general.

Microsoft is incorporating the OpenDocument format and it is being standardized by ISO. And if ISO standardization is not universally acceptable it don't know what is universally acceptable...

ODT = open document text ~ word document
ODS = open document spreadsheet ~ excel document.

You have to mix 1 liter of syrup with W liters of water, so the quantity of resulting solution/soda is 1 + W not W liters...

A recipe for soda requires W liters of water for every liter of syrup. If soda is made according to this recipe using M liters of syrup, and sold for J dollars per liter, what will the be gross profit, in dollars, if syrup costs K dollars per liter and water costs nothing? I would agree with you that both customer and cashier can leave. I think that the example created by MGMAT was overambitious....

You have to learn about the modifier concept though :)

Open Office attachments not allowed!

I tried uploading open office document files and got an error saying attachment not allowed. Kindly add open office document extensions (ods, odt) in the list of allowed extensions.

I think the most important advice would be "learn from your mistakes"

Try and analyze the mistakes that you made during practice.

Furthermore, concentrate on D-day preparedness..

Take some time to read Richard Montauk's book on MBA. He has explained a lot regarding which type of MBA you should be doing.
