is toefl score mandatory for round 1 application ?

To schedule toefl exam, I could not find any date within next 20 days. Latest date available in chennai is 26 October.

Would the colleges consider my application for round 1 without toefl scores?

no i havent taken MGMAT course, i went for a classroom training in chennai.

I think its important to use nothing but OG and GmatPrep 2-3 days before exam, even if we have worked on those materials many times.

first test wasn't scored because of some technical issue,

i got a free retake and scored 640 31V and 47Q.
I did not complete my exam on time, last 6-7 question were marked randomly...truly,i was surprised to see 47 in my quants.

I am quite confused with the second question,

r(s+1) doesnt mean that s has to be positive, s can also be 0. My question is,
whether 0 is a positive integer?

7/8+1/8 = 1 , so 7/8+1/9 must be less than 1 (because 1/9 is less that 1/8 ) but very close to 1 ( 0.96). So the only option that is close to 1 is option B.
