Is TOEFL required before deadline?
I am planning to apply for few schools in Sep end. But I have no time to prepare for TOEFL.
Is it acceptable if the TOEFL scores reach before decision deadlines and not application deadlines?

Not crossing 650 mark!!
Hi all, I am bit desperate here, so if I am posting in incorrect folder, please let me know. My gmat scores are not crossing the 650 mark.
