I've already taken my gmat (700+) and would like the opportunity to work with admission consultants if I win the package. I know I will not be needing/utilizing the whole package so does that make me less qualified candidate? Thanks.

Can someone please help me understand why in "E"....an amount modifies #167 billion....why not it modifies the immediately preceding noun i.e. 1992 as is done by "C" ? "an amount" can only modify an actual amount. 1992 is a year and doesn't qualify. Hi Stuart, In OG26,...
